By default, the LG True cell phone (model LGB460) has
auto-fetching enabled. If you're not familiar with auto-fetching, it's the process by which your phone automatically downloads content delivered in picture and video messages. Auto-fetching is convenient, but if you're worried about it from a security or privacy standpoint, disabling it is easy.
To disable auto-fetching on the LG True cell phone:
- Press either the
OK button or the
upper left option button to bring up the

system menu
- Select
Messages

- Select
Message Settings (or press
5)
- Select
Multimedia Message (or press
5)
- Select
Download Options (or press
2)
- Scroll down to
Ask Always
- Press the
OK button
