By default, JavaScript is enabled in the Pale Moon web browser. But if it was disabled and you need to re-enable it, you'll have to do so through the browser's configuration page. Here's how:
- Type "about:config" in address bar, then press <ENTER>
- A warning message will be displayed; click the "I promise to be careful!" button
- Type "javascript" into the search bar
On the line that says "javascript.enabled", if it says "true" ("default") on that line, JavaScript is currently enabled. If it says "false" ("user set") then JavaScript is currently disabled; double click that line to enable it. Be careful not to inadvertently change other settings. Close the configuration tab when you are finished.
