How to save a file to the Document Server on a Ricoh copier

The Document Server on a Ricoh copier allows you to save files directly to the copier's hard drive.  This feature can be handy for things that you have to print out often, such as forms or cover sheets.

To save a document to the Document Server on a Ricoh copier or multifunction printer:

- Press the Document Server button
- Select Go to Scanning Screen
- Place your document on the glass or in the document feeder
- Choose any settings that you want to change (color, two-sided, etc.)
- Press the Start button
